Partner Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a well-established client portfolio

• Utilize the firm’s resources to enhance practice growth and boost profitability

• Retain oversight of client accounts and practice management

• Independently manage cases and client relationships

• Collaborate with complementary practice areas and across jurisdictions

• Drive business growth through effective client management and development initiatives

• Take advantage of administrative support, global marketing, billing systems, technology, and operational resources

• Engage in internal referrals and foster cross-practice collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience

• Established portable practice with annual portable billings of at least $400,000

• Proven client-management and business-development capabilities

• Capacity to independently handle matters and client relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit

• Admission to and in good standing with at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Attorneys with practices generating over $1 million in annual revenue are highly encouraged to apply
