Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a substantial and varied caseload of the Firm’s clients based in Arizona.

• Engage in communication with clients concerning their individual cases.

• Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and agreements.

• Analyze and review agreements thoroughly.

• Liaise with opposing parties to negotiate or settle claims.

• Perform legal research on both straightforward and intricate issues related to contract law and other facets of consumer law.

• Travel for court appearances as necessary.

• Must hold current admission to practice law in Arizona.

• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience within a law firm setting.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to adhere to tight deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate with senior management and staff at all levels.

• Robust legal research capabilities.

• Familiarity with LexisNexis is advantageous.

• Must currently reside in Arizona.

• Openness to handling a demanding workload.

• Experience in drafting pleadings and legal memoranda is essential.
