Partner Alliances Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and oversee strategic partners within designated territories.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to foster partner-led and partner-supported sales opportunities.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partners.

• Facilitate bid and proposal efforts by coordinating partner involvement and ensuring timely submission of pricing, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure all partner agreements and documentation adhere to FreeBalance governance and compliance protocols.

• Design and implement partner enablement and training initiatives.

• Assist in joint go-to-market strategies, events, campaigns, and business development efforts.

• Monitor partner performance and identify avenues to enhance pipeline generation and revenue.

• Maintain up-to-date partner information and opportunity tracking within the company's systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, PFM, and Professional Services.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of partner management processes and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Travel as necessary.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, enterprise software sales, or alliance management.

• Proven experience in managing partner ecosystems for software vendors, system integrators, consulting firms, or technology companies.

• Demonstrated ability to develop revenue-generating partnerships with channel partners and engage in joint sales activities.

• Experience in supporting public sector opportunities is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), including the World Bank, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, or similar international development organizations is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of donor-funded projects, international procurement processes, and public sector modernization initiatives is considered a strong asset.

• Experience collaborating with multinational and multicultural teams.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced international setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in additional languages is regarded as an asset.
