This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• You will oversee a defined portfolio of established Partners and manage their complete lifecycle with Coverflex, from onboarding to long-term development.
• This position does not involve hunting for new partners; your responsibility is not to sign new partners.
• Your primary focus will be on maximizing the value of the partners currently in our portfolio, ensuring their successful onboarding, fostering autonomy, maintaining engagement, and consistently enhancing their contribution to Coverflex.
• You will be responsible for the entire process: activating partners, assisting them in becoming self-sufficient, and systematically increasing the revenue they generate for Coverflex.
• You will manage a portfolio of existing partners with the aim of fully activating them on Coverflex and expanding the value of their client base over time.
• You will handle partner onboarding from start to finish.
• You will keep partners engaged through various tools (Introw, phone, email, etc.).
• You will monitor partner status and activation progress.
• You will provide first-level support when partners require assistance.
• You will cultivate authentic, long-lasting relationships with the individuals behind each partnership.
• You will relay frontline feedback to the Partnership, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• You will collaborate with your manager to ensure your portfolio's growth aligns with broader revenue objectives.
• Proven experience in a B2B client-facing role.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a full cycle of tasks.
• Comfortable managing high-volume portfolios with clear prioritization.
• Strong execution mindset: you take initiative, follow through, and close loops effectively.
• Comfortable working with data, processes, and metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (internally, communication is conducted exclusively in English).
• A yearly budget of €2,000 to invest in your professional development, work tools, equipment, and remote work facilitation.
• A €500 onboarding budget to assist you in establishing an effective workstation during your initial months.
