This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the process from onboarding to closure, expansion, and renewal while maintaining momentum. This is a comprehensive sales role.
• Ensure brokers are effectively set up with clear expectations, necessary materials, and defined next steps.
• Keep qualified opportunities progressing, enhance the volume and quality of partner-sourced pipeline, and sustain a consistent activity cadence.
• Identify where deals get stuck (credit, pricing, terms, internal dependencies) and engage the appropriate team members to eliminate obstacles.
• Assist in closing opportunities by ensuring that all documentation, commercial details, and internal alignment are properly managed.
• Remain aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP) brokers we are targeting to keep your execution efforts focused on our strategic priorities.
• Maintain precise CRM records in HubSpot to guarantee visibility, prioritization, and seamless internal transitions.
• Relay trends, objections, and messaging deficiencies from the field to help the team continuously enhance our presence.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in every interaction with partners and prospects.
• Background in a B2B commercial, sales, or partnerships position — preferably within the energy, SaaS, or a high-growth tech sector.
• Proficient in leading commercial discovery discussions with business customers.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and confidence in managing pipelines and activity logs.
• Strong ability to articulate essential commercial concepts clearly (e.g., pricing, credit, contract terms).
• Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn — particularly in fast-paced or uncertain environments.
• Interest in the energy sector and the journey of business customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
