• Sell and ensure complete distribution of all “authorized” Hershey products within the designated territory.
• Deliver impeccable retail execution of Headquarters Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) across various retailers.
• Meet all merchandising goals through the effective utilization of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display tools outlined in the Retail Execution Plan.
• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and all administrative tasks within the assigned territory.
• Log daily activities using tablets and submit reports upon the completion of each workday.
• Manage Sales Territory, which varies based on territory size, the number of retailers, and geographical location.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by a US state.
• Must have a personal vehicle that is in good working condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage, allowing for business use.
• Must either reside within the territory boundaries specified in the job description or be willing to commute.
• Must be capable of driving long distances to conduct multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to regularly lift weights ranging from 10 to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be proficient in using tablet technology.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.
• Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours per week is required.
• Mileage for travel will be reimbursed at a rate of 62 cents per mile.
