• Sell and ensure complete distribution of all “authorized” Hershey products within the designated territory.
• Guarantee impeccable retail execution of Headquarters Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with a variety of retailers.
• Meet all merchandising goals through the effective utilization of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display mechanisms outlined in the Retail Execution Plan.
• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and all administrative tasks within the assigned territory.
• Record daily activities using tablets, submitting upon the conclusion of each day.
• Accountable for managing the Sales Territory, which may vary depending on territory size, number of retailers, and location.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by a US state.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle in good working condition.
• Maintenance of personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage. The policy must allow for business use.
• Residency within or willingness to commute to the territory boundaries specified in the job description.
• Ability to drive long distances to conduct multiple sales calls daily.
• Capacity to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Capability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficiency in using tablet technology.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability to work 20-25 hours each week.
• Mileage reimbursement at 62 cents per mile.
