Part-Time Telehealth Therapist, LCSW, LMHC, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy through live video sessions to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges

• Work collaboratively with other therapists and clinicians as a member of the FOLX clinical team

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients

• Create and execute therapeutic interventions that align with established treatment goals

• Track and modify treatment plans based on self-assessments, functional improvements, and goal achievement metrics

• Utilize between-session messaging and engage with the team via EMR

• Attend treatment team meetings, supervision sessions, and clinical discussions

• Ensure comprehensive and timely clinical documentation is maintained

• Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of therapy services and programs for a diverse array of patient and community populations

• Adhere to federal and state regulations governing therapy practices

• Keep state licenses current as required

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited program in psychology, counseling, or social work

• Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD) to practice upon hire

• Over 2 years of experience in therapy

• Clinical background working with the trans and queer community

• Previous experience in telehealth settings

• Commitment to the FOLX mission and the Informed Consent Model of Care

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse range of patients and colleagues

• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work setting

• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

• Capability to quickly learn new applications and proficiency with virtual meeting tools

• Proven experience working with varied groups

• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
