Part-Time Tele-RN Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on ED admission decisions utilizing MCG or Interqual as necessary in accordance with insurance criteria.

• Assess observation patients on the medical floor to verify if they meet inpatient criteria.

• Be accessible in the ER for any additional inquiries.

• Collaborate with local hospitalists and Tele UM as required.

• Morning Case Management involves daily reviews of observation patients and ER requests.

• Evening Case Management includes reviewing any new admissions and ER requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Multi-State RN Licensure is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of Case Management experience in both Inpatient and ED settings is essential.

• At least 3 years of experience with Interqual and MCG is required.

• Must possess the qualifications to lead the program independently.
