
Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver exceptional speech language services to assigned students while facilitating program implementation.
• Plan and execute individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual setting.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on school and state-specific policies and procedures for implementing LiveSpeech services.
• Foster a positive working relationship between the LiveSpeech team and the schools and programs being served.
• Review and evaluate a variety of reports to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a high level of communication with both the leadership team and school staff.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct screenings and formal as well as informal evaluations of all students' communication needs.
• Regularly communicate with parents/learning coaches of students with speech/language needs, as well as school special education staff, to ensure IEP goals are being achieved.
• Collaborate with teachers and coordinate the implementation of specially designed instruction as outlined in the IEP for students with speech/language needs and potential learning challenges.
• Assist, as needed, with organizing and properly executing all paperwork, documentation, and procedures for the IEP process for select students.
• Maintain accurate and current data in the company's Education Management System and special education software.
• Comply with all laws and company policies regarding data protection and security.
• MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Must possess active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology as required in the state of residence.
• Capability to obtain and sustain multiple required state certifications and clearances as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting.
• Strong technological skills.
• High degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to use a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication.
