
Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students enrolled in Connections Academy virtual public schools.
• Engage with students through webcams and web conferencing tools.
• Oversee caseload management via the company's online Education Management System.
• Design and execute individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual format.
• Foster a positive collaborative relationship with the LiveSpeech team, schools, and programs.
• Evaluate and analyze reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students' communication needs.
• Liaise with parents/learning coaches and school staff to guarantee the achievement of IEP goals.
• Partner with teachers to implement specially designed instruction as outlined in IEPs.
• Maintain precise and current data in the Education Management System and special education software.
• Acquire and uphold necessary licenses and clearances.
• Complete mandatory professional development and training sessions.
• MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Must possess active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology as required in the state of residence.
• Capability to obtain and retain multiple required state certifications and clearances as needed.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school environment.
• Proficient technology skills.
• High level of flexibility and ability to work independently.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to utilize a personal electronic device and an email account for two-step authentication.
