This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Edit and create high-impact short-form video content utilizing AI-assisted tools and video software (raw footage will be provided; you will be responsible for the editing).
• Edit and enhance premium photo assets to perfectly match brand aesthetics across all 10 unique brands.
• Write refined, engaging copy for image overlays, stories, reels, and all caption formats (ranging from catchy phrases to in-depth narrative storytelling).
• Oversee and publish content daily on primary platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Listings.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations—ensuring listings are accurate, photo libraries are updated, and Q&A sections are maintained.
• Create and manage a detailed content calendar proactively scheduled around seasonal booking cycles and local Seattle events.
• Respond promptly to all comments, DMs, and tagged mentions while adhering closely to each brand's voice.
• Professionally monitor and address Google Business Reviews, handling both positive 5-star feedback and sensitive/negative reviews.
• Actively engage with industry ecosystems: like, comment, and network with wedding vendors, event planners, corporate bookers, and local Seattle influencers.
• Maintain curated engagement lists to ensure the brand remains active within key target hashtag pools and digital communities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Content Creator, or Multi-Brand Specialist.
• Strong branding and aesthetic background, with the capability to seamlessly switch contexts between commercial B2B and high-touch B2C consumer audiences.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in managing, editing, and optimizing high-performing short-form video content specifically tailored for Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• High proficiency in mobile-first editing applications (such as CapCut) and premium design/retouching platforms (such as Canva Pro, Adobe Lightroom, or Photoshop).
• Proven experience with Google Business Profiles—specifically managing multi-location fields, organizing photo catalogs, and maintaining interactive Q&A structures.
• Full professional fluency in written English, with a remarkable ability to craft narrative stories, overlay texts, and engage within community DMs/comments while adopting distinct client brand voices.
• Intermediate knowledge of generative AI workflows (such as ChatGPT, Descript, or similar productivity tools) with a strong willingness to self-learn and incorporate them to enhance draft copywriting and trend workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently maintain an active 10-brand content calendar without the need for constant micro-direction.
• US Holidays off and unpaid public holidays are considered regular working hours/days.
• Any overtime must be pre-approved by the client.
• The position allows for remote work from home with a computer and a fast, reliable internet connection.
