
Part-time Sales and Business Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and execute a sales strategy aimed at medium to large enterprises seeking outsourcing solutions.
• Develop and oversee a steady lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and digital lead generation methods.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to nurture leads via email sequences, funnels, and campaigns.
• Manage the complete sales process: lead generation → qualification → discovery → proposal → closing.
• Transform warm leads into paying clients.
• Conduct Discovery Calls.
• Schedule Roadmapping Sessions with qualified prospects directly alongside the CEO.
• Create and document a repeatable sales playbook, including ideal client profiles, scripts, objection handling techniques, and proposal templates.
• Keep a tidy and up-to-date CRM pipeline (we utilize GoHighLevel).
• Provide weekly reports on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing for medium to large enterprise clients.
• Strong consultative selling abilities — you know how to ask the right questions before making a pitch.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Confident in both cold and warm outreach, networking, and establishing relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, Operations leaders).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote, part-time environment.
• Disciplined in time management — able to achieve complete pipeline results within focused working hours.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM system.
• Experience with ethical or values-driven companies.
• Knowledge of VA, remote team, or outsourcing sales cycles.
