Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through telemedicine.

• Must be open to treating individuals aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate on care plans with clients.

• Complete and/or facilitate the necessary documentation and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification, with Board Certification required.

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is mandatory.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• A minimum of three years of experience is beneficial; however, at least 1 year of psychiatry practice is essential.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must be licensed and reside in the state where they will be practicing.

• Part-time roles require a commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week.

• All clinicians must complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination.
