Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in a telemedicine setting.

• Must be open to treating individuals aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• Three years of experience is beneficial; however, a minimum of one year in psychiatry practice is mandatory.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must hold a license and reside in the state where they will practice.

• All clinicians are required to undergo in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification examination.
