Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through ongoing telemedicine sessions.

• Must be open to treating individuals aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or facilitate the necessary paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Comply with Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Collaborate with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services at various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credential with Board Certification.

• A Master's degree in Nursing is required, along with active prescriptive authority in the state of practice.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• A minimum of three years of experience is preferred, with at least one year of psychiatry practice required.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must be licensed and reside in the state where they will practice.

• Part-time positions require 15 to 20 hours of availability per week.

• All clinicians must complete in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and methodologies, followed by a brief examination.
