This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish robust relationships to cultivate and enhance customer trust.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that promote profitable growth while providing substantial value to customers.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive pipeline management, keeping the sales pipeline current and precise.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from initial prospect engagement, discovery, product demonstrations, solution development, negotiation, to closing.
• Share and utilize your skills while offering insights and feedback to enhance strategies, solutions, and the execution of the sales process.
• Aggregate customer feedback to inform product development.
• Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, marketing, or computer science).
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a consultative, B2B inside sales role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoominfo is required.
• Proficient in CRM management – capable of maintaining impeccable hygiene within our CRM system.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing target goals, pursuing deals, navigating organizational structures, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach is essential.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging, and securing new business with small to mid-market companies.
• Strong oral communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals through calls, chat, email, or video conferencing.
• A strong desire to be part of a dynamic, high-energy start-up environment.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Ability to interact effectively and with integrity across all levels of management and with staff.
