Part-Time Online Course Facilitator – Public Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead engaging live discussions that promote interaction and enhance understanding.

• Provide clear, constructive, and genuine feedback on student submissions, including recorded video responses.

• Oversee online discussions, respond swiftly to student inquiries, and monitor student progress.

• Facilitate at least 1-2 courses each month with a commitment to engagement and preparation.

• Complete a comprehensive onboarding program, which includes shadowing live courses, participating in debrief sessions, and mastering the assigned certificate program.

• Participate in continuous training and professional development to remain updated on emerging learning methodologies, educational technologies, and effective practices in online facilitation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant graduate degree and 5+ years of pertinent professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

• Capability to provide genuine, concise, and impactful feedback to busy professionals.

• Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas, Zoom) and comfort with instructional technology.

• Loom video submission required with application.
