Part-time Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conducting clinical assessments, evaluations, and gathering patient histories.

• Providing treatment options and guidance to patients utilizing our platform.

• Ordering, interpreting, and executing diagnostic tests in Nova Scotia.

• Creating care plans that include prescribing medications or therapies.

• Collaborating and consulting with the care team and stakeholders as necessary.

• Upholding and exemplifying our culture of treating every patient with respect and enthusiasm while ensuring the team delivers excellence in client care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing and accredited as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Possess a valid and active permit to practice in NL as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary care).

• A strong desire to work in an innovative and dynamic environment that fosters professionalism, patient outcomes and experiences, and autonomy.

• Interest or prior experience in the field of digital health.
