Part-time Human Resources Generalist Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver practical HR execution and advisory assistance to client organizations in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and overall HR operations.

• Accurately conduct bi-monthly payroll processes and ensure timely reporting; generate payroll and benefits-related reports.

• Oversee employee benefit enrollments, modifications, and ongoing assistance through HRIS platforms.

• Offer support in employee relations by utilizing HR best practices.

• Assist in the management of performance systems and feedback mechanisms.

• Guarantee that HR processes and documentation adhere to federal, state, and local employment regulations.

• Create, maintain, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and workflows.

• Collaborate with legal advisors and external partners as necessary.

• Act as a reliable HR partner and advocate for the client’s culture and workforce practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, encompassing payroll processing and HRIS systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Docs.

• Required fluency in Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.

• High degree of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• HRCI-PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
