📋 Description

• Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Assist Account Managers in managing campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables effectively.

• Create and enhance email marketing strategies aimed at boosting engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

• Craft and refine persuasive email content that embodies the brand's voice and connects with target audiences.

• Oversee email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting to optimize campaign results.

• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics — including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions — and convert data into actionable enhancements.

• Ensure all email campaigns undergo thorough testing, proofreading, and quality assurance before launch.

• Remain up-to-date with the latest trends in email marketing, platform advancements, and best practices for deliverability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing coordination, or a related field (Required).

• Proficient in using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools (Required).

• Strong grasp of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.

• Detail-oriented coordinator who ensures campaigns stay on schedule without missing any deliverables.

• Excellent copywriting abilities — you create emails that people are eager to open and engage with.

• Analytical thinker — you leverage performance data to make informed decisions rather than just producing attractive reports.

• A collaborative team player who integrates smoothly with creative, content, and account management teams.
