This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Pipeline Management: Evaluate and organise incoming business opportunities, methodically tracking targets through various stages of assessment to ensure smooth progression within the pipeline.
• CRM Administration: Ensure the accuracy of data within the CRM system by updating records, monitoring outreach communications, and producing activity summaries.
• Document & Contract Coordination: Oversee confidentiality agreements, verify incoming documents against standard templates, and monitor the status of signatures.
• Executive Project Support: Create detailed meeting briefs, coordinate follow-up timelines, assist in market research, and keep track of ongoing action items.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Facilitate business development and relationship management with business owners, intermediaries, and investors by maintaining contact lists and drafting initial correspondence.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully supporting executives, legal professionals, investors, or business owners managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to independently and proactively handle competing priorities within a remote work environment.
• A high level of professional discretion and confidentiality is essential.
• Experience supporting international or US-based executives is preferred.
• Background in roles such as Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Legal Secretary, or Transaction Coordinator is advantageous.
• Experience in document, contract, or project coordination is preferred.
• Required Software Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).

• Part-time hours of approximately 15–20 hours per week
