This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver meaningful and timely feedback to students regarding assessment tasks.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that centers around student needs.
• Meet all deadlines for required tasks, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals.
• Engage in relevant professional training and/or scholarly activities as appropriate.
• Offer constructive feedback to the course lead on course content.
• Recognize at-risk students and collaborate effectively with student services.
• Collaborate closely with the Academic Program Director and fellow faculty to enhance program quality, student engagement, and overall student success.
• Conduct online instruction and manage communications remotely.
• Doctoral degree in Counseling and Supervision or a related counseling discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least two years of direct teaching experience at the Master’s and/or Doctoral level.
• A minimum of three years of professional and/or research experience in Educational Leadership.
• Personal computer and capability to facilitate online instruction and communication remotely.
• Graduate of a CACREP-accredited program.
• Proven record of, or potential for, outstanding teaching performance.
• Dedication to serving a diverse adult student population.
