Part-Time Donor Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Motivate donors to arrange life-saving appointments and contribute blood

• Support donors throughout the process, providing answers to questions and addressing concerns with empathy

• Advocate for exciting local blood drives and special events to stimulate donations

• Assist us in surpassing collection targets and ensuring our community has the necessary blood supply

⛳️ Requirements

• You MUST reside in close proximity to our headquarters division in Gainesville, FL

• Maintain a focused, distraction-free workspace

• Have access to a personal computer with dependable internet, a high-quality headset, and a webcam for virtual meetings

• Stay reachable via email, Slack, and phone during designated work hours

• Follow data security protocols and uphold the confidentiality of donor information

• Ensure consistent and reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings or training sessions

• Attendance and punctuality are crucial in this remote position

• Possess outstanding communication skills – you’ll be the approachable voice that inspires others

• A passion for engaging with people and encouraging them to make a positive impact

• Comfort with using phones and computers (training will be provided!)

• Strong time-management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as necessary

• High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not mandatory)
