This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will collaborate closely with both new and existing clients to ensure they successfully utilize Abler.
• This includes onboarding new clubs, assisting with daily platform interactions, and addressing inquiries.
• You will be a part of our Customer Success and Support Team, working within established processes.
• Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development of our customer support and implementation approach in the DACH market.
• You will gather feedback from the market and relay it to our product team.
• A passion for helping people and solving problems.
• A background in sports (e.g., as a player, coach, or within a club).
• Proficient in using common digital tools.
• A structured and reliable working style.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
• Residence in the DACH region.
• Experience with Abler is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Flexible scheduling within part-time arrangements.
• Support for co-working spaces based on individual needs.
• Close collaboration with an experienced team.
• Clear processes, onboarding, and assistance.
