Part-time Clinical Psychologist – PsyPact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional care by delivering evidence-based, short-term, and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients in your licensed state(s), conducting focused sessions lasting between 30 to 45 minutes.

• Work collaboratively as the behavioral health specialist within a close-knit medical team, partnering with primary care and specialty providers to enhance patient outcomes.

• Effectively manage a diverse range of clinical presentations, offering advanced diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients as needed.

• Utilize Galileo’s proprietary data and technology platform to monitor patient outcomes, streamline documentation processes, and enhance care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and incorporating technology and data into care practices.

• Trained in evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).

• Proficient in safety planning and intervention for clients presenting with higher risk scenarios.

• Licensed and credentialed to assist patients dealing with clinical issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

• A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is essential.

• Possession of an active PsyPact license.

• It’s a plus if you are professionally fluent in Spanish, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and understanding cultural nuances relevant to native Spanish speakers in a medical context.
