Part-Time Clinical and Family Services Director – Italian-speaking BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide individual teleconsultation services across two separate teams: a parent training initiative and a neurodiversity at work program.

• Highlight the continuous nature of consultation and ensure consistent follow-ups with clients.

• Document notes, recommendations, and referrals, and respond to client inquiries within one business day.

• Offer guidance and education on behavioral analytic techniques and strategies.

• Assist in navigating the school system, IEP processes, and transition to adulthood programs.

• Provide referrals to additional company-sponsored benefits when suitable.

• Report to the Senior Director of Clinical Services and serve as a dedicated advocate for parents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.

• At least 3 years of experience in conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles.

• Experience in supporting neurodivergent professionals in workplace settings.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a professional context.

• Capability to handle frequent back-to-back calls and transition smoothly between them.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of essential project/client information.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, connecting remotely with colleagues from various professional backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Bilingual in Italian and the ability to work across international time zones is highly preferred.
