This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide timely and professional responses to incoming inquiries through phone, email, and various platforms.
• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, which includes cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Evaluate leads, understand client needs, and communicate solutions in a clear and effective manner.
• Sustain a reliable pipeline of qualified prospects by utilizing CRM tools and following established follow-up schedules.
• Refer qualified leads to the Account Executive, who will manage the final steps of the sales process and close the deal.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execute strategic campaigns.
• Arrange discovery calls and set up meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Adhere to defined outreach schedules while experimenting with and refining messaging.
• Gain a solid understanding of our service offerings to effectively educate and engage potential clients.
• Document all activities and keep current records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Contribute to performance reports and provide insights to foster continuous improvement in outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position Sozoroad’s services.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
• Understanding of the B2B/professional services market or a willingness to learn.
• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to work across international time zones for effective collaboration.
• Proven capacity to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to quickly build rapport.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong ambition to meet and surpass goals.
• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach techniques.
• Capability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
• Confidence to handle rejection and maintain a calm, positive, and focused demeanor.
