Luxury Homeware Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming client inquiries through phone, email, and chat

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding products and delivery

• Supply product details and explore alternative options for items that are out of stock

• Process customer orders

• Negotiate and placate customers following established client procedures

• Monitor inventory levels

• Handle product returns

• Issue replacements and credits for items that are damaged or defective

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

• Create a designated, quiet, distraction-free workspace for handling incoming calls

• Operate from home using personal computer equipment that meets technical specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center, ideally in a live chat setting

• Retail sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce context

• Strong data entry skills; must achieve a minimum of 45-55 words per minute

• Proficient in computer usage and internet navigation

• Familiarity with Windows-based applications

• Experience managing multiple chats at the same time

• Outstanding written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation

• Professional, positive, and engaging written communication style

• Excellent verbal communication abilities, including clear diction, tone, and proper grammar

• Capability to provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build rapport with clients, even in challenging situations

• Skill in advising and assisting customers swiftly and effectively

• Proficient multitasking skills while reading, typing, navigating applications, and conversing with customers

• Empathetic and active listening skills

• Positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor

• Cooperative team player

• Availability to work 32 hours per week, including 8-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary

• Windows 10 Professional PC required; no Macs or Chromebooks

• Dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU or superior; Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 or better

• Minimum of 40 GB available and 100 GB total hard drive space

• At least 8 GB RAM preferred

• Two available USB 2.0 or higher ports

• Monitor with 1280 x 1024 or 1920 x 1080 resolution

• USB headset with microphone is required

• Integrated or USB camera

• Latest version of Google Chrome for Windows

• Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed

• Internet connection shared with no more than three devices

• Maximum latency of 120 milliseconds
