This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Perform initial evaluations, follow-up assessments, and prepare progress reports.
• Create and oversee personalized treatment strategies and behavior support plans.
• Oversee and instruct Behavior Technicians, including conducting RBT Competency Assessments and providing ongoing supervision.
• Conduct visual analysis and give feedback on the utilization of scheduled hours for Behavior Technicians.
• Design and supervise individual behavior management strategies and behavior intervention plans.
• Offer assistance, guidance, and feedback to families and caregivers on handling challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors using ABA principles.
• Carry out Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses for all problematic behaviors when necessary and clinically justified.
• Evaluate program efficiency, provide recommendations, oversee data collection, and graphically track progress.
• Active BCBA Certification and MA LABA.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in ABA.
• Capability to successfully complete both CORI and Federal background checks.
