Part Sales Specialist – Early Career Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Maintain effective pipeline management through consistent pacing updates, win/loss analysis, and the identification of commercial risks.

• Ensure prompt responses to RFQs, customer inquiries, and commercial requests.

• Proactively escalate significant commercial issues and opportunities for effective management.

• Actively follow up on RFQs, purchase orders, and potential business opportunities.

• Assist in discussions regarding pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and offer alignment.

• Identify opportunities for growth in parts sales and long-term business development.

• Foster strong relationships with plant stakeholders and provide proactive assistance.

• Address customer requirements related to engineering clarifications, customized parts, and consumables.

• Oversee outage preparation activities and ensure parts availability aligns with outage schedules, including customer visits and commercial engagement plans.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sourcing teams, and department heads.

• Facilitate coordination between customer procurement teams and internal execution functions.

• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings to resolve sourcing and delivery challenges.

• Provide support for field activities during outages and collect technical feedback from site teams.

• Maintain close collaboration with engineering teams to address urgent customer needs.

• Assist in cash flow forecasting, revenue estimation, financial planning activities, PD management, delivery coordination, and warehouse-related tasks.

• Enhance operational efficiency through the use of digital tools and AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Recent graduates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong knowledge of customer service and customer relations.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.
