This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic Business Line Leadership for CX & M&A Partnership: Act as the main go-to-market (GTM) lead for the CX and M&A divisions, providing support to the CX team and M&A staff while overseeing specialized GTM needs for ongoing acquisition initiatives.
• Margin and Revenue Oversight: Propel margin enhancement and revenue recuperation efforts, consistently aiming to achieve and surpass parcel margin targets.
• Network Enhancement: Perform comprehensive network analysis to optimize node choices and carrier service classifications (economy, standard, expedited, international, etc.); implement simulation improvements specifically tailored to the requirements of CX and M&A.
• Leadership and Team Management: Guide and nurture a team of 2 to 3 Senior Analysts, overseeing their professional growth and daily output within their specific areas of responsibility.
• Operational Consistency: Streamline and improve the prioritization and assessment of internal KPIs, client success metrics, and deal throughput.
• Process Engineering and Standardization of Tools: Develop and enhance business processes to ensure the prompt delivery of simulations and pricing models, shifting the team from ticket-based operations to a structured business-line management framework.
• Handover Process Implementation: Formalize the transition process from GTM to Parcel Experience, Implementations, and Parcel Systems to ensure smooth integration for both existing clients and newly acquired accounts.
• Over 5 years of experience in Parcel Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, or GTM Strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage analytical teams within a rapidly expanding environment.
• Expertise in advanced parcel simulation modeling and data visualization tools.
• Capability to oversee complex M&A transitions and cross-functional business lines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey intricate strategies both internally and externally, with prior experience working with clients, preferably in the direct-to-consumer sector.
