This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Execute trades and assist in the implementation of portfolio strategies.

• Manage cash movement and oversee cash management activities.

• Support the development of cash investment strategies.

• Engage in client meetings, review detailed notes for approval, and aid in follow-up preparations.

• Gather client data and provide documentation support for planning and servicing requirements.

• Create financial planning documents, materials for client reviews, and investment-related paperwork.

• Utilize MoneyGuide extensively to aid advisors in constructing, updating, and maintaining comprehensive financial plans and scenario analyses.

• Offer ongoing support and service to clients.

• Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Identify when team members are at capacity and proactively assist in managing the team's workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Current Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory.

• Over 1 year of experience in a financial planning or wealth management setting.

• Strong experience with MoneyGuide is highly preferred; candidates should be comfortable using financial planning software extensively in daily tasks.

• Familiarity with annuities and life insurance products is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Open to coaching with a desire to learn and advance in the role.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across various leadership and communication styles.
