Paralegal – Solar Company

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive legal research on federal and state laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the renewable energy and solar sectors.

• Keep track of legislative and regulatory developments that could affect the company’s operations.

• Examine and assess contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to pinpoint potential risks, compliance concerns, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Provide concise summaries and recommendations to stakeholders regarding contract provisions.

• Draft and create a range of legal documents, including contracts, amendments, memoranda, and reports.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

• Organize and maintain the company’s legal files and documentation.

• Support the legal team by preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for both internal and external purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline.

• A Paralegal Certificate or a law degree is highly desirable.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in a corporate setting or within the renewable energy sector.

• Strong proficiency in legal research.
