• Technical Knowledge: At least 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a strong emphasis on immigration court cases (including Motions, Removal, AOS, and Notices to Appear).

• Bilingual: B2-C1 level proficiency in English.

• Legal Skills: Exceptional legal research abilities, technical document drafting, and thorough file organization.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, profound empathy for the immigrant community, outstanding time management, and a commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Mindset: Sharp attention to detail, flexibility in adapting to evolving legislation, and a strong orientation towards teamwork.
