This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the intake, routing, and tracking of partner contracts and associated requests through internal contract queues and workflows.
• Aid in the preparation, formatting, editing, and processing of partner contracts, amendments, templates, and standard forms.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across contract documentation by utilizing approved templates and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team, Partner Operations, and internal business partners to gather necessary information, supporting documentation, and approvals.
• Assist in managing document flow and keeping organized electronic contract records.
• Support the complete contract lifecycle from intake to execution under the guidance of department leadership and corporate counsel.
• Monitor key contract milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates to guarantee timely follow-up and compliance.
• Help review partner-provided documentation (e.g., third-party information, compliance materials) to verify completeness before contract processing.
• Maintain accurate records of partner contracts in contract management and document repository systems. Administrative & Process Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team, as required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal or contract role is required.
• Experience in supporting contracts, legal workflows, or document management within a corporate or law firm setting.
• Preferred experience includes employment agreements, corporate transactions, or healthcare-related contracts.
• A paralegal certificate from a California ABA-approved program is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and standard contractual provisions is necessary.
• Preferred experience with contract management systems, document repositories, or workflow tools.
