This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the management of a dynamic legal practice with an emphasis on contracts and collaboration with both internal and external clients.
• Organize a variety of legal documents while providing clerical and administrative assistance.
• Oversee the progression of cases, documents, meetings, and information from initial filing through to settlement.
• Offer support to third-party attorneys, which includes organizing and maintaining files, preparing communications and filings, and drafting pleadings.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal certificate is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal within a corporate environment or law firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom, and internet navigation/research.
• Advanced experience with Workday is required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive matters/projects to completion.
• Demonstrated capability to take initiative in providing proactive support and assistance.
