Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the Corporate Counsel in the drafting, reviewing, and formatting of standard agreements, which include Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), vendor and service agreements, as well as investigator and site agreements.

• Coordinate the execution and routing of contracts with pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, research sites, and vendors.

• Monitor contract status, manage legal documentation, and maintain a well-organized and up-to-date contract lifecycle management system.

• Ensure that all executed agreements and associated documentation are properly filed and easily accessible.

• Assist in the development, organization, and maintenance of contract templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline document flow and approvals.

• Perform basic legal research and collect information regarding healthcare regulatory and operational issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved institution.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in paralegal work, legal assistance, or contract administration.

• Strong skills in reviewing, proofreading, and formatting contracts and legal documents.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or commercial contracting.

• Familiarity with clinical trial agreements, HIPAA, and FDA regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in managing contract databases or lifecycle management software in a fast-paced setting.
