This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver legal assistance within the designated support area
• Evaluate and draft a variety of legal documents and communications
• Oversee document templates while maintaining accurate version control
• Execute legal, factual, and records-based investigations
• Participate in the enhancement and development of processes, workflows, and internal strategies
• Arrange and monitor legal issues and requests
• Track updates in laws, guidelines, and regulations
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned
• Strong critical thinking capabilities
• Excellent decision-making abilities
• Capacity to work autonomously
• Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Dedication to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• An Associate’s degree in paralegal studies is required
• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in legal support is mandatory
• Previous paralegal experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw
• Experience with legal billing software, such as Legal Tracker
• Certified Paralegal (CP) designation from an American Bar Association (ABA)-approved program
• Must complete employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
