Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, oversee, and monitor customer and vendor agreements, which include NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and amendments.

• Manage contract documentation and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign.

• Review and negotiate NDAs in accordance with company policies.

• Assist in contract negotiations and update templates and playbooks as necessary.

• Maintain corporate documentation for U.S. and international subsidiaries, including board minutes, resolutions, and updates to signatories.

• Collaborate with external counsel on entity formation, registrations, and compliance filings.

• Support the management of the intellectual property portfolio by tracking filings and maintaining accurate records.

• Engage in corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with the ElevenLabs Legal team and colleagues worldwide to facilitate growth and manage risks across various jurisdictions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal.

• In-house experience within a technology or SaaS company is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of contract management and corporate governance.

• Experience supporting international entities and coordinating with external legal counsel.

• Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is advantageous.

• Proficient in CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, and DocuSign, or equivalent systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle competing deadlines effectively.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

• Strong communication skills and capability for cross-functional collaboration.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn about AI/SaaS contracting.

• Ability to work independently in a distributed, high-trust environment.

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
