This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Prepare, evaluate, and modify commercial contracts along with associated documents.
• Assist in contract negotiations and ensure matters are successfully concluded.
• Perform legal and commercial research as needed.
• Oversee assigned tasks and matters under suitable supervision.
• Liaise with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines.
• Operate within established precedents, playbooks, and outlined processes.
• Maintain precise matter records and assist with reporting obligations.
• Leverage AI, legal technology, and automation tools to enhance efficiency.

• A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
