📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and modify commercial contracts along with associated documents.

• Assist in contract negotiations and ensure matters are successfully concluded.

• Perform legal and commercial research as needed.

• Oversee assigned tasks and matters under suitable supervision.

• Liaise with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines.

• Strong academic performance.

• A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Some familiarity with commercial contracts or stakeholder engagement in a professional services context is beneficial but not mandatory.
