Paralegal Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer paralegal assistance to attorneys in Client Legal Services

• Draft legal pleadings and motions

• Manage the discovery process, which includes acquiring records and reviewing documents

• Conduct client interviews and prepare materials for trial

• Summarize and evaluate research findings

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate degree program at a community college or trade school

• Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher are not eligible

• Must be a resident of Michigan, Maryland, Georgia, Texas, Florida, or California
