Painter, Power Washer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as required.

• Repair drywall as necessary.

• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.

• Execute precise "cutting in" techniques to ensure clean lines and professional finishes.

• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards while on-site.

• Travel to various store locations across our network of convenience stores in Massachusetts according to the maintenance schedule.

• Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to minimize disruption to store operations.

• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely and accurate manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of finish painting experience in residential, commercial, or retail settings.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Experience with power washing.

• Proficient in brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.

• Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout our New England area.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
