📋 Description

• Oversee and execute painting projects

• Supervise a team of no fewer than 2 painters

• Maintain efficiency while ensuring meticulous attention to detail

• Establish standards for communication and expectations

• Complete assignments in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum of 5 years of documented experience leading a painting crew

• Practical experience in painting and team leadership with an existing crew
