This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the ideation, strategy, and implementation of large-scale paid campaigns to enhance and accelerate the sales pipeline as well as overall company revenue. Develop and oversee a testing agenda and media plans for the initiative.

• Foster growth across essential metrics (Suspects, MQLs, SQOs, Signups, Go-lives, pipeline, revenue)—evaluate success, optimize according to targets, and provide performance reports on a regular basis.

• Assist Stripe in developing and refining our paid program by leveraging insights about our users, their usage of our products, and relevant data. You'll collaborate with various internal teams including campaigns, design, marketing operations, product marketing, analytics and insights, and regional teams to establish a top-tier paid program.

• Communicate campaign performance to ensure that key stakeholders are informed about program performance and future plans.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on audience management to guarantee we are targeting the appropriate users.

• Take the lead in assessing the effectiveness of paid campaigns, reallocating budget to yield greater value.

• Actively identify weaknesses within the paid program, flagging these for improvement, and subsequently develop a plan to address them.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in paid digital marketing, ideally in paid social, display, and direct response.

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and best practices (targeting, ad formats, privacy laws) as well as growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality).

• Proven experience in conveying requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy and operations, and marketing leadership.

• A self-starter with the capability to advance both strategic and tactical workstreams with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to analyze trends and derive actionable insights from data.

• Experience in driving experimentation roadmaps to perpetually optimize and enhance campaigns.

• User-first mindset.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively across teams, including those without expertise in paid media.
