This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive profitable growth for DTC brands by executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance of paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Manage the daily operations and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a collection of DTC e-commerce brands.
• Review account performance on a daily basis, spotting opportunities to enhance efficiency, scale operations, and sustain profitability.
• Implement comprehensive campaign strategies that cover prospecting, retargeting, and retention efforts, ensuring campaigns are tailored for each phase of the customer journey.
• Assess performance data through Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Triple Whale, Shopify, and internal reporting platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Convert performance data into actionable insights, aiding both internal teams and clients in understanding the factors driving results and areas for improvement.
• Clearly and confidently communicate campaign performance to ensure clients are informed about their progress towards objectives and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to provide performance-oriented feedback on creative assets, enhancing campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition outcomes.
• Work closely with Senior Paid Social Managers, Growth Executives, Creative Strategists, and other team members to ensure effective execution of account strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience in an agency or DTC e-commerce setting.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a track record of building, managing, and optimizing campaigns for measurable business results.
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign structures, audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and principles of performance optimization.
• Comfortable analyzing data using Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and platform reporting tools, leveraging insights to guide recommendations and decisions.
• Exhibits strong commercial acumen and an understanding of essential metrics that drive e-commerce growth, such as ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Capable of communicating performance insights clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, adept at managing multiple accounts and competing priorities efficiently.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
