This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develops client-focused design strategies that are grounded in client P&L, market trends, and the customer journey; evaluates trade-offs and alternatives.
• Cultivates strong relationships with client stakeholders; aligns multi-channel interactions with brand and ecommerce objectives.
• Merges search and shopping initiatives into wider growth strategies; articulates concepts in business terminology.
• Utilizes platform capabilities (e.g., Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai), feed management, and AI features in a responsible manner to enhance efficiency and results.
• Leverages Bliss Point’s cross-channel and single-channel insights (MMM, Always-On Incrementality, Brand Equity, Creative Insights, Forecasting, Customer Insights) to guide optimization and growth theories; provides structured feedback to refine models and features.
• Converts intricate datasets into straightforward, actionable insights; suggests statistically robust tests with established success metrics.
• Ensures data integrity (tagging, feeds, tracking) and elucidates data structure implications to inform decision-making.
• Exhibits extensive expertise in Paid Search and Shopping with a progressive understanding of multi-channel dynamics; links measurement strategies to growth.
• Instructs clients and internal teams; formalizes insights and playbooks that can be scaled.
• Functions with accountability and a proactive approach; identifies and eliminates inefficiencies in processes and media.
• Influences decisions without direct authority; connects decision-making to measurable results.
• 5–7 years of experience managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo) with complete ownership.
• Proficiency with platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; feed management (e.g., Feedonomics); competitive analysis tools (Auction Insights, Adalysis/Adthena/SpyFu) for strategy formulation and positioning; campaign management (e.g., SA360, Skai); comfort with automation and scripting.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or completion within the first 60 days). Additional Google certifications are advantageous.
• Analytical skills: Advanced knowledge in Excel/Sheets; adept at experimentation and forecasting; capacity to assess financial impacts.
• Communication and collaboration: Proficient in storytelling for senior stakeholders; ability to influence across departments; client-facing demeanor.
• Mentorship: Experience in coaching juniors and peers (non-managerial).
