This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct research on companies that align with the ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Recognize buying signals, growth indicators, and potential business opportunities.
• Perform in-depth online research to validate company information through various reliable sources.
• Investigate founders, executives, and key decision-makers.
• Create highly qualified prospect lists prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Document and organize research findings utilizing Google Sheets.
• Customize LinkedIn connection requests and email outreach.
• Adhere to established outreach frameworks while personalizing messages for each prospect.
• Schedule lead follow-ups and nurture prospects over time.
• Arrange qualified discovery calls with the Founder.
• Maintain precise records of prospects and research documentation.
• Work closely with the Founder to consistently enhance prospecting strategies.
• Monitor LinkedIn activity and engage with relevant prospects as needed.
• Collaborate with the Founder to continuously improve research criteria, outreach strategies, and ideal customer profiles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation or business development in a B2B context.
• Established expertise in researching companies and pinpointing high-intent prospects using buying signals and business growth indicators.
• Strong background in creating highly targeted prospect lists with a focus on quality over quantity.
• Experience in personalized outreach through LinkedIn and Gmail.
• Proficient in utilizing Apollo.io for prospect research, contact sourcing, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Hunter.io or similar email lookup tools to source and verify business email addresses.
• Comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn for researching decision-makers, engaging with prospects, and fostering professional relationships.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for organizing prospect lists, documenting research, and tracking lead information.
• Proficient in using Google Docs for managing outreach templates, messaging sequences, and prospect notes.
• Comfortable using AI research tools such as Perplexity AI, ChatGPT, and Claude to expedite company research while independently verifying information through trusted sources.
• Capability to validate company information using company websites, news articles, podcasts, founder interviews, and other publicly available resources.
• Exceptional written English skills with the ability to personalize cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail, well-organized, and proficient in documentation.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working independently in a remote setting.
