This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, oversee, and enhance paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), Microsoft, Meta, and additional relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign pacing and budget distribution to guarantee effective spending and adherence to monthly and quarterly performance objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance metrics and proactively apply strategic optimizations to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall account effectiveness.
• Track, assess, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering actionable insights and recommendations to foster ongoing improvement.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to uncover opportunities, identify emerging trends, and establish strategic advantages for clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of various client accounts, ensuring consistent performance, timely execution, and a high standard of service.
• Clearly communicate campaign outcomes, strategic recommendations, and performance insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success, SEO, and other internal teams and stakeholders to support integrated marketing strategies and align with client goals.
• Mentor and assist junior team members through training, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, LSA, display, OTT, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience in managing and scaling advertising budgets effectively, including forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting.
• Proficient in advanced tracking and attribution models (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.).
• Capability to translate intricate campaign metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of staying updated with paid media trends, platform advancements, automation tools, and emerging ad formats.
• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage several projects simultaneously.
