This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Drive profitable growth for eCommerce brands by implementing a data-driven strategy for Meta Ads, focusing on testing and scaling.
• Develop, launch, and refine Meta Ads campaigns tailored for eCommerce, including prospecting, retargeting, and catalog/DPA when applicable.
• Oversee budget management and pacing, making informed trade-offs between volume and efficiency.
• Create and uphold testing roadmaps encompassing creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, while summarizing insights gained.
• Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis and communicate the actions taken, detailing what changed, why, and the resulting impact.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to enhance conversion rates and post-click performance.
• Ensure reliable tracking and reporting through Pixel + CAPI, GA4 basics, UTMs, and discussions about attribution.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (not just overseeing).
• Demonstrated experience in eCommerce performance (not solely lead generation) with clear examples to support your background.
• Proven ability to manage monthly spending on Meta for a single account (please share the largest monthly Meta budget you have personally overseen for one account).
• Strong foundational knowledge in audience strategy, creative testing, account structure, scaling methods, and performance diagnostics.
• Proficient in English communication, with the ability to provide concise answers and structured reasoning, as well as explain decisions effectively.
• Experience with Google Ads (Search/Shopping/YouTube) is advantageous, but expertise in Meta is the main focus.
• Background working with U.S.-based eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Tag Manager, and basic attribution troubleshooting is preferred.
• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
